Learning From Your F***Ups!

Ever heard or been to f*** up nights? Well, the idea for this workshop is almost similar. Forget the shiny linkedin successes or the the IG "perfection" that we tend to usually highlight. Instead, we will be rewriting our stories by being brave enough to shout our f***ups out loud, using them as opportunities for learning. Success comes from failing a couple of times and we want to know the journey, specifically the f***ups, the reality.

If you ever tried something and failed, felt like you couldn't succeed, no matter how hard you try or your fear of failure sometimes becomes greater than your desire to succeed, know that you are not alone. Even though we tend to highlight our successes and the best part of our lives, we have all faced failure at some point, and fortunately, failure is a powerful force when we understand and use it to our advantage.

Understanding that we do not have to live up to other people's unrealistic expectations is one crucial step in determining your relationship with failure. Einstein once said, "if you are going to judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life thinking it is stupid." 

The time has come for us to rewriting our stories and this is a beginning of a new chapter, we are the MAIN CHARACTERS, not extras. And so, will scream out loud all our failures, shameslessy.

Who's Apa?

Apa is a seasoned business design strategist, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Design & Innovation at MSD (Merck, Sharpe, and Dohme). With a passion for driving digital transformation and leading change initiatives, she has an impressive track record of fostering innovation and breaking down organizational silos.

Before joining MSD, Apa held the position of Experience Manager at EY wavespace™️, specializing in designing tailor-made interactive strategy workshops primarily for C-suite clients in some of the biggest companies. Apa's approach is deeply client-centric, grounded in disciplines such as design thinking, UX/UI design, agile methodologies, and psychology. She firmly believes in creating safe environments that inspire human ingenuity and foster creativity.

She is also recognized for her authenticity, confident gut instincts, and unique personality, which have made her a favorite among stakeholders.
